Apostle Sarah Tsalwa is the Founder and leader of the Pool of Living Water and Healing Ministry. She was nurtured and spiritually mentored by her late father, Pastor John Bukach, who imparted in her a powerful anointing, deep faith, and a strong commitment to spiritual leadership. She later served and worked alongside Bishop Masaga under Shirikisho Ministry before being led to establish the present ministry.

Apostle Sarah rose from a humble background and has served in various dimensions of ministry as an Evangelist, Prophetess, Pastor, Bishop, and now Apostle. Her journey has been marked by faith, perseverance, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment to God's calling.

At one point, while on her way to pick a bus to Nakuru, where she was invited to serve as a guest and chief speaker, she was attacked by thugs and sustained deep wounds. Despite this ordeal, she remained steadfast in her calling and continued serving God and His people with courage and determination.

Under her leadership, the ministry has grown from humble beginnings, starting with open-air services at a stadium, followed by a room donated by a church member, a small iron-sheet structure, and later a larger semi-permanent church. Today, through God's grace, the ministry has established a large permanent church facility.

Apostle Sarah provides overall spiritual and administrative leadership, overseeing more than ten pastors and several evangelists, prophets, and prophetesses. She remains committed to prayer, healing, deliverance, evangelism, and advancing God's Kingdom.

Her vision is to see Pool of Living Water and Healing Ministry expand across nations and become a vessel for major spiritual revival and transformation of lives through the power of God.

Senior Pastor Evans Mollo Oudo is a dedicated servant of God with a passion for preaching the Gospel, prayer, discipleship, and helping believers grow in their faith and fulfil their God-given purpose.

He serves as the Head of the Evangelism Ministry and leads the Lunch Hour Services, ministering through prayer, preaching, teaching, worship, and spiritual encouragement. He is also actively involved in praying for the sick and supporting healing and deliverance services, offering spiritual and pastoral support to those in need.

The pastor also doubles as the Deputy to Apostle Sarah Tsalwa, supporting the overall spiritual and pastoral leadership of the Pool of Living Water and Healing Ministry. He occasionally chairs Pastors' meetings, providing guidance, coordination, and support to the pastoral team.

His role in the ministry is characterized by prayer, evangelism, compassion, biblical teaching, healing, deliverance, and servant leadership.

Pastor Kennedy Ojijo serves as the Secretary of the Pool of Living Water and Healing Ministry, providing administrative leadership and ensuring that the ministry's information, records, communications, and important documents are properly maintained, organised, and safeguarded.

As Secretary, Pastor Ojijo plays a critical role in coordinating ministry activities and supporting the leadership in the effective administration of the work of God. He maintains accurate records, documents key decisions and programmes, and coordinates major ministry events, including annual celebrations, youth conferences, women's conferences, crusades, and revival meetings, in liaison with the Apostle and Senior Pastor.

He is also responsible for the compilation and submission of the ministry's annual reports, providing an organised record of the ministry's activities, programmes, progress, and achievements. His service promotes continuity, accountability, effective communication, and orderly administration within the ministry.

In addition to his administrative responsibilities, Pastor Kennedy Ojijo serves in the Worship and Praise Ministry, where he helps lead the congregation into meaningful worship and praise. Through his dedication, spiritual commitment, and faithful service, he contributes to the spiritual growth of the congregation while supporting the effective functioning and overall vision of the Pool of Living Water and Healing Ministry.
